Not sure what to do with your amenity kit after an international flight on United? It’s safe to leave it behind.This week, United pulled together 200 volunteers in its downtown Chicago headquarters to take part in the latest chapter of its Eco-skies program. Through a partnership with Clean the World, a hospitality-focused nonprofit based in Orlando, Florida, United has been taking unused portions of its amenity kits and repacking them as hygiene bags for communities in need....

Essentially, I use a long-standing Gmail feature to create an instant alias — a vanity email address that funnels messages into one main account.But as essential as it’s become in my own life, I constantly encounter friends, family members and colleagues who seem flabbergasted when I explain it, as someone once did for me nearly a decade ago....

In an email sent out to employees by the TSA, the government agency is asked for 250 backup officers to temporarily relocate to the short-staffed busier airports.In the email, obtained by CNN, the TSA seeks volunteer agents from unaffected airports to high traffic ones – for example, Atlanta, which is expected to experience a high influx of passengers next weekend due to the Super Bowl.
