At least three people were killed and nearly 100 injured when Amtrak train derailed and fell partially off a bridge, striking several cars on a busy interstate near Olympia, Washington on Monday morning.The train fell on to Interstate 5, and motorists were injured but not killed, according to Pierce County Sheriff’s spokesman Ed Troyer. Area hospitals and a nearby Army medical center treated 97 victims from the accident, including four in critical condition....

A woman reportedly encountered bed bugs while staying at the Disneyland Hotel in Anaheim last April and her attorney filed a lawsuit on Tuesday. Ivy Eldridge is suing Disneyland Hotel for failing to get rid of bedbugs that left her with welts and bite marks.According to the Los Angeles Times, Eldridge’s attorney filed the lawsuit in Los Angeles County Superior Court and provided photos that show red bite marks on her shoulders, neck, back and ears....

After a massive breach of customers’ data that lasted four years, Marriott is being called out by a US senator who says the hotel chain should pay for new passports for those affected by the hack.US Senator Chuck Schumer, Democrat of New York, said on Sunday that Marriott should cover the $110 new passport fee for any customer whose passport number was breached by hackers, because it puts them at a larger risk for identity theft, the AP reports....
