A Chicago woman filed a lawsuit against Hilton Worldwide Friday, alleging that a hotel employee at a Hampton Inn and Suites property in Albany, New York, used a camera hidden in her hotel room shower to film her against her knowledge or consent. The plaintiff, identified only as Jane Doe, said that the alleged perpetrator attempted to blackmail and extort her with the footage, going so far as to send it to her colleagues and post it online alongside of her full name and identifying professional information....

Update 4/5/17 5:00pm: RwandAir has confirmed that it will launch A330 service to London’s Gatwick Airport on May 26, 2017. Additionally, the airline stated in a press release that it could begin flights to New York later this year, however no additional details (such as a timeline or aircraft) have been provided. TPG’s a big fan of Rwanda — he went trekking with gorillas there (see the TPGtv episode here) but had to connect in Ghana....

In past years the issuer’s offered customers statement credits for eligible purchases, although last year it dialed things back and instead focused on providing support to business owners rather than rewarding cardholders with money back.
