View the current offers here.Valentine’s Day, the biggest holiday for romantic dinners, is around the corner and OpenTable just released its list of the country’s most romantic restaurants. The list is based off the combined opinions of over 12 million restaurant reviews from verified OpenTable diners. More than 26,000 restaurants were submitted in all 50 states and Washington, DC.The final selection came from all over the country in cities big and small. North Carolina, Ohio and Virginia tied at eight for the states with the most restaurants on the list, followed by Florida with seven; New Jersey and Texas with six; New York, Tennessee and Washington with five. Alabama, California, Colorado, Maryland, Pennsylvania and South Carolina have three; Georgia, Massachusetts, Missouri, Nevada, Oregon and Rhode Island have two.Orchids at Palm Court — Cincinnati, OhioThe 100 restaurants represent a diverse array of eateries across the country, but American flavors dominant the list more than any other cuisine; steakhouses, French and Italian fares are well-represented as well. The list is generated from verified diner reviews that were collected between December 1, 2016 and November 30, 2017. Restaurants qualified based on their minimum “overall” score and number of reviews — they were then scored and sorted according to the percentage or reviews where “romantic” was selected as a special feature.According to OpenTable, there’s still time to book Valentine’s reservations if you haven’t yet: As of February 5, 74% of prime-time Valentine’s Day dining reservations (defined as reservations within the coveted 6pm - 8:45pm window) across the US are still available on OpenTable.
