And there are no blackout dates, so get to booking!To use this benefit you have to call Citi’s Travel Concierge service, since there’s no way for you to book hotels through this service online. However, you can look for available hotels in advance by using the Carlson Wagonlit website. In most cases, the travel concierge will take down the information about your stay (location, date, price range, etc.), and Carlson Wagonlit Travel will send you an email within 24 hours with a list of available hotels and prices.Remember, the fourth night free benefit is a rebate situation; you still have to pay for all four nights using your Citi Prestige card, and you’ll receive a statement credit later.
