So this is a bit of a departure from our typical, flight review format.Rather than reviewing a good ol’ commercial aircraft, we decided to trade in our lie-flat Polaris seats for something a little more … rustic. And by rustic we mean standing in a floating wicker basket a kilometer above the ground in Israel. Or a hot air balloon, to put it simply.
